Lindsay Mazur Dietitian / Nutritionist MS, RDN, CSOWM

Lindsay completed her Master’s program in nutrition at CSUN through her work at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She went on to achieve a board certification designation as a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM). Lindsay is passionate about nutrition, healthy living, and ways to make those lifestyle changes achievable for each individual that the works with at Healthy Steps. Patients and our referring physicians appreciate her comprehensive approach to helping people accomplish realistic health goals through nutrition. When not working, Lindsay can be found creating fun new recipes, hiking, gardening, interacting with all things related to soccer, and spending time with her family.
