I put average under medicines administered because one time it took an HOUR to get pain meds ( 3 calls to the nurses desk, and both my parents making a trip up front to ask for it.)Also had average for the quietness because the techs who came to draw my blood at 4:30am, walked in and flipped on all the lights while I'm dead asleep. Not very nice! They totally could have handled the situation differently.
Right after my surgery, I was on the 9th floor because the 11th floor was full<--where u usually go. I dont think floor 9 knew how to handle a surgery like mine, even though they are a cardiac floor. Floor 11 was amazing. People were so nice and helpful. Also, the ICU staff and all the people in the operating room were awesome!!! =)

Hospital was great and especially the care that you are given in the overnight recovery room. It was great and I would highly recommend Baylor to have your WLS.
