Bariatric and Weight Loss Center

The Bariatric Program at Trinity Hospital of Augusta provides patients with the following services:

• Weight loss support
• Nutritional counseling
• In depth information on different types of bariatric surgery such as the Lap-Band procedure
• Guidance with the steps to take to get weight loss surgery and the qualifications for such procedures
• Obesity Support Group

Trinity Hospital sponsors monthly Bariatric Surgery Information Sessions on the first and third Thursday of every month at 5:30pm. In addition, Bariatric Support Group meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Sister Mary Louise Conference Room on the ground floor of Trinity Hospital.
