Andrew Trussler Plastic Surgeon M.D., FACS

Andrew Trussler, MD, is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Trussler has advanced fellowship training in cosmetic surgery and has written and lectured extensively on cosmetic plastic surgery, including post-bariatric plastic surgery. He has been featured in numerous publications, including Newsweek and the Consumers Research Council of America’s Guide to America’s Top Surgeons. He currently performs surgery and serves as an Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, which has been ranked as one of “America’s Best Hospitals” by U.S. News & World Report. He co-chairs the “What’s the Skinny on Obesity” CME course annually, which provides a comprehensive review on the care of the bariatric patient.
