About Presale Tickets

Presale tickets are offered before final dates and location are confirmed. The 2026 National Conference will take place outside of California, with dates expected in September or October 2026.

By purchasing during presale, you are confirming your attendance for 2026 and securing your spot before prices increase to general admission.

Ticket Policies

  • Nonrefundable: Presale tickets are nonrefundable, including for schedule conflicts, location preferences, or change of mind.

  • Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing [email protected] before the published transfer deadline.

  • Rollover Option: If you are unable to attend after dates and location are announced, you may roll over your ticket to the following year’s conference within the published rollover window.

  • Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, all presale tickets will be fully refunded (excluding Eventbrite fees) within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
