Dr. Connie Stapleton, a licensed psychologist, is dedicated to helping people learn skills for living their healthiest "whole person" life. She focuses on improving one's relationship with themselves as the basis for consistent engagement in healthy relationships: with self, with others, with food, with exercise, and with all aspects of healthy living. She is passionate about personal development, freedom from obesity, and maintaining optimal health. You may recognize her from appearances on TLC’s 1000-Pound Sisters, 1000-Pound Best Friends, and Too Large, and hopefully, you’ve read one of her many books related to life as a bariatric patient.
