Glenda and Christine, the inspiring mother-daughter duo behind Walk It Out Fitness, know firsthand how powerful movement can be in transforming your life.

Glenda’s journey began in 2015 when she underwent bariatric surgery, making a commitment to her health that she continues to honor every day. Glenda has completed numerous Spartan races and is a true inspiration within her community. She has since then become a dedicated coach, inspiring those around her. As she continues to live an active lifestyle, she understands what it feels like to start from ground zero, and she not only brings the knowledge but also the compassion and encouragement into every class.

Christine’s path reconnected her to fitness after having her second baby. Just 8 years ago she was an LA Fitness trainer. Christine knew she had the skills and passion to continue to train others, but she needed to find herself again after focusing on family and motherhood. Through walking and functional bodyweight movements, she rediscovered her strength. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Christine realized that sometimes the simplest movements, like walking, can be just as effective, powerful, and transformational as any high-intensity workout.

Together, they created Walk It Out Fitness, a welcoming, energetic class that blends walking with functional movements as they enjoy high-energy music. Their mission is simple: to make fitness feel empowering, accessible, and fun for everyone. Through Walk It Out Fitness, Christine and Glenda aren’t just leading workouts; they're building a positive community by continuing to move with purpose.
