Good question Jeannie! Man though - I can only pick on? How the choices.... I am going to do the breast reduction/lift. So that's an automatic. I am only 30 years onld and I have the breasts of an 80 year old woman. I haven't even had kids and breastfed! They sag to my stomache! If I had a second choice - it would definitely be my thighs - or maybe a lower trunk lift to get the thighs, rear end & tummy all at once. My grandmother thinks I am too vain & should just be happy I have lost the weight. I think that since I have lost the weight - -why can't I be happier with the results of the weight loss? If i could only do one thing it would be a tummy tuck. So my clothes would fit better. i think i could feel more confident without the excess. If i could have an extreme makeover i would have arm, leg and tummy tucks and breast lift. have a good one. michelle

Maybe you should see a professional, just to talk to, or just keep writing on this message board and we will listen! Im sure your Mother is proud of you, she is looking down at you, although it is such a great loss to you and your family, there is no more pain for her, that she may have endured while being ill.
