Topic: RE: biotin supplement?
I take biotin every day. It does seem to help with the hair loss. It comes in a fairly small tablet. I get mine at Wal-Mart, its about $6 for 30 tablets. I dont know if it does anything else. When I talk to people about the surgery I recomend they start taking the Biotin as soon as they are on solids.

Topic: RE: Cottage Cheese test?
Well how did it go? Is there any other food that works, I HATE cottage cheese, especially plain, Could I mix a little pineapple in it, or maybe applesauce?

What are your doses of each and how much oil are you usin orally or rubbed into your scalp. My MD also suggested rogaine daily but it is expensive.

Topic: RE: Question
I guess every doctor is different. I am scheduled for my 6 mo check up this Friday. If you do have any questions or concerns, it would be a good idea to give your DR a call. Best wishes to you on your journey. ((hugs)) Carla

The only thing I ever dreamed of doing, I am doing now. I am playing with my kids and lovin' every minute and ache (haha) of it. God is great and i feel very blessed to have my life back.
