I am 5 months out and am down 75lbs............. I can not believe it........ I never thought in all my life I would be able to lose that much..........
I still have 10 more to go to get to 200............... My main goal is under 200 lbs!

Saturday I fell while Garage Saling. I fell real hard on my head. Had CAT skan & broke nothing, I am really banged up and so sore. It probly would have been alot worse if I was heaver as before. Thank God I'm a loser. Pray also that I will be able to get my glasses fixed. I'm checking to see if they are still under warranty. Take care all & Hugs ALL AROUND.

I have been knocked off my stand still!!! I have lost 3 lbs this week which brings to me, 197!!!!!!!!!I ma out of the 200's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I go through this alot. I get on a stand still for 2-3 weeks then I lose about 3-4 lbs 2 weeks straight so I would average about 10-12 a mnth. I am just so Blessed to see it move off that dam 200!!!!!!!!!!!
I know the walking helped alot and I thank you all for listening
