Topic: Happy Holidays Everyone!

Hi Everyone, I have just been lurking lately, I can't seem to catch up! I'm still stuck on another plateau, but still loosing inches. I'm I the only one that is such a slow looser? I'm 11 mo. out and am still at a 80 lb. loss. I'm not complaining because I'm still loosing inches but now I'm starting to stress about my one year anniversary coming up. I need to excersise more and watch my carbs. I'm having trouble with my hubby bringing stuff into the house that I can't resist. Although I don't gorge myself on it, my trigger time 3pm, I find myself in there have a bite or two. Any advise for me?

Hi Im sorry to hear about your hair loss. It's scarey I know, but I just have to let you know that it isn't from coloring your hair unless it is dry and damaged and breaking. More than likely it is falling out from the scalp. That is a sign that you are 1. not getting enough calories 2. not enough protein or 3. it is hormonal. The hair and nails are an appendage of the body and will be the first sign that there is something going on internally. I would talk to your nutritionist soon. I would think twice about stopping the color because it would probably make you feel worse about your hair. I hope this helps. If you have any question Im here for you. Good luck. LisaWA
