Well, for some reason Thanksgiving was easier for me than Halloween. I made a pumpkin pie with splenda, had a piece for dessert and was very happy. my family also had a piece and said they liked it. my one issue was that i was excited to see my neice (shes 22 years old) as she hadn't seen me for a long time. Im down 104 lbs and i thought she would go crazy like my friends have but i got no comment from her. I guess no comment is better than an insult so i'll just leave it at that.

Tracy, I just wanted to make one observation. I think its great that you already know that you are under stress. Isn't identifying the problem 1`/2 the battle? The secret for all of us is how we handle the stress. I have been struggling with this too because i have always "ate" through stress and now that i cant its a huge issue for me to find out different ways to deal with it. Im sure its different for everyone, but i do think you should do something just for yourself, maybe try something that you've been wanting to do or treating youself to a new shirt. Are you potentiall interested in California? The company where my hubby works is looking for a HR manager. The company is called Zurn-Wilkins, and it is a division of Jacuzzi Brands. The job location is in Paso Robles, CA, which is directly in the middle between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The area is a beautiful one to live in, but is somewhat pricey, expecially for the low wages paid in comparison to what housing costs. Let me know if you want more info. I can get it to you.
