I don't know if I posted this before, but I just want to tell everyone that taking magnesium twice a day has put me back on the road to health and sanity. Adrenal fatigue is a common condition that is treated with magnesium. Adrenal fatigue leads to depression, craving choclate and salty foods, eating at night to sleep, and headaches. My depression has disappeared, my headaches have stopped after years of suffering and I don't wake up at night to eat anymore. This has all happened in the last month. If you have any of these problems try magnesium, at least 400 mg a day, I take 500 mg twice a day.

I sooo hear you. I was at 174 and then poof! I was back to 182!!! But I held out and am down to 174 again....which aint great since I havent lost more, but at least I am not gaining. One person on the main board told me that the last 20 pounds is the hardest and boy was she ever right!! I am down a total of 130 and have 14 more to go to reach my goal. The way I am handling this is....drinking more water, making darn sure I get in LOTS of protein, and exercising. I figure if I lose the last 14 pounds in the next few months I will be happy, but if not well maybe this is where my body is supposed to be. Goals are great, but I am not going to get all hung up on the last few pounds. My life is SOOO much better now and thats what this surgery was all about for me in the first place. Concentrate on how far you have come and keep positive!!! What a miracle this surgery has been!! You have come soo far!!! Celebrate your loss!!! And know we are all out here on this road together. Wow. I made it! I have been so excited to be part of the century club. Now i made it. I have lost 101 lbs. The last few came off extremely slow. To make it sweeter......my birthday is this week. this is the best birthday gift that i have every given myself. Have a great day! michelle
