What is the hardest thing to do right?
Good morning
The most DIFFICULT thing for me to do (so difficult, actually, that I do not do it) is NOT drink while I am eating. I could go ALL DAY without drinking (I know I shouldn't...but I could) but, when I am eating, I feel as though I MUST drink. I get totally parched.
Anyone else having this problem? I think my drinking while eating may be the reason why I am so nauseous all the time...
What is the hardest thing to do right for the rest of you?
Love and hugs and have a kick-ass day...

I find it hard to not drink 1/2 hour after my meals....but I do it! I wait in agony, and most of the time i usually wait 45 mins...the pain! But now, I only wait like 2 mins after drinking to start eating. Even though my program says to wait 1/2 hour, but I'm just thinking about our whole anatomy and what makes sense. But it helps me get all my fluids and more in through the day. I'll admit...I have taken a teeny sip or two right after my meal so my throat won't be so dang dry and to moisten up some of my food. Haven't gotten sick yet from it (with fingers crossed).

Its been hard for me to slow down my eating and to plate my meal, go sit and enjoy it. I live alone and often find myself eating standing up in the kitchen; a meal today is a small snack of yesteryear! But its still the same bad habit.
I am better about taking smaller bites - learned that the hard way - and I have been great about chewing everything to a pulp - 25-30 times per bite. Putting down my fork between bites really helps, that's been a very conscious effort.
I sometimes take a small drink of water to rinse my mouth after eating but never more than a sip. If I ate a dense food I am often not comfortable drinking anything for up to 90 minutes. If its something like yougurt I will drink after 45 minutes.
