I totally suffer from night head hunger!! It's the devil I tell ya!!

Honestly, I think it's all those commercials on TV. I don'****ch TV during the day and do fine but when I sit down at night and pop on the ol' boob tube I just want to graze. thank goodness I have been "pretty" good so far at not eating anything. Dawn

Can somebody say POPCORN??? I really want that at night, I know I can have it but holy cow I am not really hingry....I see this as a demon come back to haunt me!! Or how about the sf pudding?? It is ok when I mix protein in it but I know I dont have an appetite for anything and here I sit hungry in the head anyhow!!! I feel ya girl! We can make it through I know we can

I work 4-midnight so I have to eat in the evening late....(umm cause I get up late) anyway...I just got home from work and salsa and chips are so calling to me...No eating after 7 is not happening here.
