Fitday questions

Okay, after all of the talk about fitday i decided to try it. I had some problems entering things like "half a Subway low carb wrap" or sugar free popsicle... any advice?

everything is decimals. For 1/2 you need to put .50 I find that it is easier to enter the foods myself. I go to subways website get the nut. info and put it into fitday manually. that way you know it is correct. Some of there foods have different info than what mine says on the lable. I always use mine. After using it for a week or so you will figure it out. I am the fitday expert now..LOL Dawn

Hi Everone: It feels so good to be posting again, my computer, for some reason, was not letting me send any email out. I kept getting tons and tons of pop-ups. Anyway my daughters friend set my computer up on firefox instead of internet explorer and that has made all the difference in the world. Anyway I love fitday. When I have run into the quantity problem I found a pretty cool website that really is good. It is caloreieking.com. All you have to do is type in the food and it will return that food back with more of a variety of quantity choices and all the nutrition information. Good Luck Denise
