Fourmonth check up

Had my three month check up with the surgeon a month late! I have lost 70 pounds and my doc says I'm doing well. I see him again in three months and he wants to see about 37 more pounds off by then. I know i can do it. He thinks I will be able to get under the 200 pound mark! Teresa

Way to go, Teresa! Don't you feel much better after taking off that much weight? At first I thought my 70+ lb. loss wasn't so much, but then I realized that was like picking up a 50 lb. + 25 lb. sack of dog food at once! Karla 337/264/150

I know! It is kind of hard to wrap your head around that at first. Then you realize "Oh! Thats why my knees/back/hips hurt so much". Feels so much better to be free from the extra weight. Teresa
