Those smoothies are great!!! Here is the nut info: Size 7oz Cals 60 Fat 3 carbs 4 Protein 6 I can drink a whole one for breakfast with no problem. I guess it goes through the pouch kinda fast because 7 oz seems like a lot.

Hello, B ~ Flapjack on a stick L ~ Salad w/pepporrini, 4 grape tomatoes 2 Tbs FF Ranch Dressing D ~ 4oz chicken tenders S ~ 4oz chicken tenders (so I can get the protein in) Not sure if I will make the last 4oz, I am soooo full now. The Flapjack on the stick was a bad choice, however it was good and it had protein in it. LOL Melissa

B: South Beach Breakfast Protein bar S: AchievOne Mocha Java L: 1/4 c baked potato w/ chipped beef bbq, cheese, and sour cream (normally don't eat potato, but a local church brought it to our school for Teacher Appreciation Week. S: a few nuts, beef jerky D: SF pudding w/ protein and a 3 bites meat w/ dirty rice Exercise: cardio bike AM, made several trips up and down the long halls of our high school, & up and down bleachers at stadium (my son was playing in a Spring Football scrimmage)

B-chili with added cheese and protein powder....I know for breakfast??? L-more chili with cheese and proetin powder. D-nothing yet, I was full from the chili S-dont know if I am going to have one yet. Vitamins before bed. Water at around 48 oz and still going. exercise.....ummmmm no. I need to be kicked again!!! Suzan, The Myoplex Shake is a "Nutrition Shake" I got at GNC. It can be made with cold water or milk. I have been making it with water because the milk makes it as thick as a milkshake. Here are the nutritional facts: Serving size: 1 packet (add 12-15 oz water/milk) {that's why I only drink 1/2} Cal: 140 Fat: 3.5 Carbs: 3 (+3 fiber) Protein: 25!!! And because this is a nutritional shake as opposed to a protein shake it is packed with vitamins: 35% Selenuim 45% Phosphorus 50% Vit A, b6, Zinc, Pantothenic Acid, Thiamin, Folate, Iodine, Niacin, BIOTIN 60% Calcium, Riboflavin, vit B12, Copper, Iron, manesium 80% Chromium 100% Vit E, Vit C, Manganese Dawn
