What is our January weight loss total?

84 since surgery January 30, 2006 96 since right before surgery 312/300/ 216/ 212 1. a couple of weeks before surgery 312lbs. 2. start weight 300lbs. 3. currently I got on the scale at the doctors office yesterday 216lbs. 4. And my first goal is to hit 212lbs. that would be my first 100 pounds.....yeeeee But someday i would like to get to 175 pounds at 59 and big bone I don't want to get to skinny....Right now i feel my tail bone when i sit and at times it is very uncomfortable. suzan
