YUMMY!

Hi guys! I just had to share the most yummy icecream I've tasted since surgery (well the only since then he he he) If you have a Coldstone Creamery, run there! They have a sinless fat free no sugar added vanilla and it yummmmy with fresh strawberries! I added some peanuts to it, but too many were in there and kinda hurt the outcome, but yummy yummy yummy!!!!!!! *~*Jaci*~*

Do they have any other flavors that are SF? And do they use Splenda? Just curious, I would really like some chocolate right now, but this stupid dumping thing is stopping me until I can find something that is good and SF.

Didn't see chocolate, but pick up a pint of the stuff and go buy some SF Chocolate syrup- yum!

Jaci, That was the first real "treat" I had after WLS and in fact, we stopped there on the way home from my doctor's appt! Though, I hated it! Now I'm thinking that maybe it was old or something. The stuff I had was slimy and kinda gritty...you know, like ice cream gets when it sits in your freezer for too long! I'm thinking that may have been the case, especially now that I read your post. I had mine plain with nothing added to it. I'll try it again, sometime. Chele

TCBY has a no sugar added frozen yogurt flavor all the time. they rotate, butter pecan, white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate, ect. It has the bonus of being low fat and no sugar added. The child size is great

Mmmmmmmm.........I didn't know they had FF SF!!!! I knew they had the FF but I checked out the carbs and almost died!! I will have to make a pit stop there soon!! Thanks for the tip! Dawn
