food portion cards

Hi everyone--i was wondering if anyone might know about what I am going to mention-Awhile back I had a magazine that included punch out cards shaped like everyday items that equalled portion sizes for food, I have lost them and now my mom has asked for them to help her try to lose weight and I am trying to find out where I may be able to locate something like that-any help or suggestions would be appreciated Thanks , Lori

Lori, Did you try to Google them? Or maybe check on Ebay or Amazon. I'll bet there around somewhere.
