Exercise
I have increased my exercise and it has help me with the food cravings. And you know what I am starting to really enjoy going the the Y and when I can't go I feel it in my body.... I am lucky that I work in the same building as the Y. Also we have a great place to walk during lunch breaks. Me and a friend have been walking about a mile once a day. This week I am going to take the dance class at the Y. Wish me luck. I hope I can keep up. This weekend I am going to use the pool at the Y. This weekend I went to look at the pool and I think I will not feel uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit. I tried my bathing suit on when I got home yesterday afternoon and I thought not too bad> I CAN DO IT!!! ALRIGHT!!!!
