Exercise ideas?

I would have to agree with everyone else so far with the DVD or aqua aerobics. The only other thing I can think of is using the arc trainer at the gym on cross country skier level...it will raise your heart rate without bending your knees very much. Dawn

I would recommend aquazise. I have very advanced neurapathy in my legs and have a hard time walking but do great kn the pool. I feel very strong and supported and can go for an hour or more and feel great in the water
