I have trouble with getting my protein in too, so I start every day with a protein shake. My favorite had been protein powder, Silk soy milk (I am lactose intol), sugar free hersheys syrup and sugar free caramel flavoring (DaVinci's) Yummmy...sometimes I throw a banana in.....Now lately since getting warmer, I have been having protein powder (orange cream) sugar free orange jello dry, one banana, five strawberries, soy milk, and no sugar vanilla ice cream. This is delicious and it makes enough for my daughter too....At first I hated using the blender, but now it is my favorite kitchen utensil....and these shakes give 25-35 grams of protein each....Good Luck, and it does get better....I had days like your having...but feel great today.....

what about frozen meals? I eat some of the South Beach frozen meals (usually takes 2 sittings--but they're high in protein). I also like Coscto's okami wraps (chicken, tiny bit of rice and sauce wrapped in lettuce). I also like a lot of the "boca" products----I just nuke 'em with cheese---the boca burgers are 24 pro with cheese...um... eggs, lf refried beans, cottage cheese---may go back to some of the 'newbie foods'. Try the 'Bocas'--it seems like a lot of the food you're eating is salty--maybe you're craving salt--I find the Boca's super high in sodium---but since they're good in other ways perhaps it's a good option. Good luck---- Cathy
