When it rains, it pours...

Ok, started my training at Little Ceasars today- pretty cool. I learned how to fold the boxes, put the pizza in, I learned I can't cut pizza in a straight line to save my life and I also put the dough in the pans! Its a lot harder than it looks! After that, I went to Jack where I currently work and talked everything over with my store manager... he offered me a full time position when one of the current FT chicks leaves in June. Right now I'm lucky to get 24 hours, 37.5 would soooo help me get out of the debt I've racked up while shopping After I get home, I'm doing my chores and get a call from Angela at Lane Byrant () She wanted a name and number of a personal reference that was home at that exact moment, I gave her some. Those didn't work out and had to give her a few more. Next thing I know, she's offering a part time position! OMG What just happened? so I tell her I've gotta wait on a definate answer until my parents get home as they like to have some input in major decisions. At first they were all against me doing anything with LB.... but after I called my Jack manager and he commited himself to giving me that full time position in June I just had one more decision to make... LC or LB? Which L!? I have always wanted to work at LB... ever since I was a little girl and we shopped there. I called Angela back, but she wasn't there, so got to speak with the head honcho I told her my work schedule at Jack would have me working anywhere from 5am to 3pm... and could work for her in the evenings. She agreed! So I start at Lane Bryant TOMORROW! I will be working at 5:30pm until 9:30, how freakin' exciting! So now I'm going to be a busy girl lol..... I'll be working at Jack In The Box, going to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then working at Lane Bryant in the evening! Luckily my classes this fall are basically all mucis and they're going to rock! And to think, my day was pretty sucky after LC work this morning, I think I dumped- I got soooo sleepy after my bit of ice cream and felt all sluggish. Thirty minutes later, I was cool! We discussed dumping at Group the other night and they said you could be lethargic or sick, guess I just get lethargic lol. *~*Jaci*~*

OMGOSH, Girl Congrats! It could not have happen to any better of a person! Boy ol' Boy you life is picking up, good thing you are getting so skinny to keep up with it! I am glad you picked LB over LC! You are the perfect person to be working at LB! I hope it is all you want it to be! Way to go!!! Mel

What a day!!! I'm glad you choose LB. Not only because of the clothes and the employee discount...but because it is a more professional respect demanding job. Having worked in both fast food and retail many moons ago I can tell you the public is much nicer to you in retail. Congrats!!!!!! Dawn
