I'm posting super early since I gotta get ready for my 1st day at LB! Whoo hooo (yes I'll post about it when I get home) I boxed up all of my 26 and larger clothes for melissa today. Talk about emotional! I am going to miss them all, but Mel says they'll be in good hands. They better be chicky! I never knew I had so many clothes! so far there is a total of NINE Boxes and that includes the two I already sent her lol!!!!! There will probably be more he he he. I'm also going to be running around doing errands, gotta get the Social Secuirty office since I can't find my card, gotta get my birth certificate copied to replace the SSC ugh, what a day and now I'm hungry! LOL See you later!

I did 20 minutes cardio this morning, and will finish the rest when I get home. I have a pedicure and manicure today when I get off. We're celebrating at work because school let out for the summer at 11:00 am today! I love the kids, but it's nice to send them home for the summer break. Karla

Yay Jaci~ I was hoping that you would post this before you headed out to work!! My wiggle working for today~ 45 min pilates class 20 min arc trainer lever 20 cross country skier mode 25 min treadmill incline 15 speed 3.0 bicep curls, 25#, 3 sets of 21 tricep push downs, 30#, 3 sets, 40, 50, and 60 reps ab cruncher, 60#, 3 sets of 20 Dawn

Boy Dawn, I'm worn out just reading about your workout I did 15 mininutes on the treadmil but I can only go at 2.0 miles per hour.

I started out very slow back in Feb and I try to push myself a little further each week. Last week I did 2.5, hopefully next week I can do 3.5. I really want to work my way up to a jog. The incline woops my tail though. Dawn

I can't seem to part with my larger clothes just yet. Like what the hell am I gonna do with them??!! I went jogging this morning after work. Yes....JOGGING and for 2 miles at that!!! I was so proud of myself because before I would jog for about 3 minutes and be all worn out. But I had my iPOD and it wasn't too bad. I got good songs on there! Tomorrow will be kickboxing class. Jogging!!???!! WOW! That's awesome, I will think of you as inspiration as I get up to a fast trot. Music does really help keep up the tempo. I hope to soon try kickboxing, its the only sport that sounds interesting and challenging.

My wiggle work out is just plain work. I was up and down ladders today scrapeing the outside of the restaurant getting it ready to paint. I plan on going for a walk a little later when it cools down. It is 90+ and humid as all get out here today. Hazel

Today was a lazy day. I had issues getting my car started after it sat for 10 days. Was up at 4am and could not sleep. Caught up on work, what I could, anyway, despite my work suitcase still being with the airline. (it arrived at 4:30pm in good order but is sitting until Tuesday). Yesterday I ran thru airports and was stressed, all after a busy non stop week of meetings and stuff. Today I deserve to relax, watch TV and go to bed early. Tomorrow will be a kick ass exercise day, however. I feel the need to stretch which is good, that's been sleeping in me and needs awakening. T
