I've been consistant with 3 litres a day during my travels, sometimes a bit more. A liter is 35 oz so that's about 105oz each day. I am home from my trip and lost 5 lbs and that was the morning following 12 hours on an airplane; hopefully I'll drop another few in the next day. The hotel in Frankfurt charged $15 a liter - needless to say, I found myself a grocery store!

That's great that you stayed on track even when away and busy. 3 liters a day is wonderful!!! I bet you know where every bathroom is in whole city...lol Dawn

Wednesday 95.6 oz. I found a really good french vanilla protein powder which i make with water then add blue berries or I make the protein shake with water and hazelnut sf syrup...yummy drinks are getting better..... suzan
