What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hi everyone:
B (at 4am) - egg with slice of american cheese
L: chicken salad, about 1/2 cup
S: veggies: edademe, peas, shredded carrot, about 3 bites of chicken salad
Later: bite of SF cookie but it tasted gross, I wanted something sweet
D: making a burger to put with some tomato sauce
Have done 2.5 litres of water so far and all my vits.
Need to make a shake tonite to ensure all my protein.
