hot tea to relax my pouch and take my meds B protein shake 30 grams protein S none L cheddar cheese rolled in sunflower seeds S none D one extra lean sauage...3 bites of salad...barfed, so I gave up eating today. vitamins, iron, B12, calcium all ok working on my last litre of water didnt walk today..Im chairing a 3 day provincial conference next weekend and my life in insanely hectic organizing everything....and had to power shop for a fancy outfit for the banquet...does that count?
