Help..not getting my daily OH

for some reason since the change in OH I have stopped getting my daily emails.. anyone have the same problem?

What daily emails?

I never got a daily email. But since we are on this topic, I don't get ANY email replies to my posts. I have emailed tech support 3 times about it...once they said they fixed it...but they didn't. *sigh* Dawn

i get mine every minute it seems like it...I get more from obesityhelp regular post...Everyone that posts something seems to fill up my mailbox....And I only receive something from the January board if I respond to someone or they respond to me. Oh well....SUzan It is fun to read some of the other posts especially seeing that everyone seems to be going hrough the same stuff................... Take care suzan

There's a check you can put in your general profile settings to get any msg board posts either as a daily summary or as they are posted. I had mine set to get daily and they stopped when the board style switched, went back there a few days ago and its still as it was....but no summaries.

at the profile management screen..... Contact preferences Then 'other emails' - click the link and you'll see a list of all the msg boards you have checked of interest. One column you cna choose daily/weekly/monthly to indicate how often you want that boards summary; the last column is the format - rich text or plain text Then back to the main contact screen....below the item above there's another "Q&A Postings' - mine is back on none so I changed it to 'daily' hoping this will allow me to start getting the summaries again. Basically its a recap of all posts for that date. HTH Tiff
