I love wow moments!!
So I had another wow moment today, and it made me feel sooooo good. I saw some male friends that I knew from college tonight. They haven't seen me in months, and one I hadn't seen in about 2 years. So I walked in the door and jaws dropped! Literally....they didn't have anything to say. So after a couple of seconds they all started coming up to me and giving me hugs and telling me how good I looked. I felt self-concious, but felt really good about myself at the same time. I was looking at some pictures earlier of myself from 3 years ago and I never knew I looked so bad
!!! I looked horrible and I just never knew that it was that bad. So getting those compliments made me feel great. So anyhoo...I saw one of my really good friends and he just kept talking about how good I looked and how it was such a big change from the last time we saw eachother and so on and so forth. Then later, I was talking to my best friend and I was telling her how I saw the guys and they weren't sure who it was at first glance and she just gave me the most encouraging words. I didn't expect to hear those words from her at all. She was saying how I always had a pretty face but now she can really see my features and how pretty I was and how she was starting to get jealous!!! She's a very pretty girl and a size 1 of all things and she was jealous of how pretty I was! She just gave me some really encouraging words that I appreciated soooo much. I have great friends...everyone's been so supportive and encouraging in these 4 months. This weekend has been great so far!

April, That is so cool!! Way to go and keep up the great work. Just remember that you are beautiful no matter what size you are! But I understand how you feel on getting the compliments and not sure how react! That is so great about the compliment from your friend. Bet it made you feel really good. Keep up the great work!

Well, I have to agree with your friends...You are are VERY pretty girl April!! I am almost afraid to see what you will look like at goal!!! You might have to be kept out of the public...you'll cause accidents!! LOL
Congrats on your wow moments!! They were well deserved and I'm almost certain there will be plenty more to come!!
