GOALS for the week

I know today is a holiday but in any event it's still Monday. I got to thinking that maybe some of us need to post our goals for the week on the board to maybe make us more accountable . So here is what I propose, lets post on Monday what goals we set out to do this week, heck it doesn't even have to be weight related. Then we follow up with a post on Wednesday and Friday charting our accomplishement. Does that sound good? So let's hear it people... What are your goals for the week?! My Goals... 1. Get to the gym 3x this week and do 45 minutes of Cardio! Along with 2 trainer sessions. 2. Get in atleast 90 oz of water each day. 3. Focus on more protein and less carbs. CARBS are the devil Thats it for me this week! Hope you guys decide to share with me! Dana

Sounds good Dana. I dont think I will be able to post on Wednesday but I will on Friday. My goals: 1. To stay on track and follow my menu for the week. 2. To exercise at the gym @ least 3 times this week. 3. Drink at least 100 oz of water a day. Kristi

Ok, thanks for this, I can't come up with a goal. Lets see. 1. Make it to onederland. 3lbs to go or maybe 4. So I guess make sure I get enough water. so 2. at least 65oz. of water a day. 3. Make sure I eat enough each day.

Dana this is a good one. Why didn't someone think of it sooner. 1~Start going to the fitness center at least three times. 2~Get more protein in. 3~Take time each day to relax. Hazel

Hi Hazel, hope all is going well for you and your family, I hope Frostie is doing okay. Your goals are great, I hope you can make it to the gym this week, sometimes for me the gym is a relaxer so maybe 1 and 3 can be knocked out at the same time! Dana

Hey Dana! Good idea! My goals are as follows: 1. Clean my room! 2. Drink my water- at least 80 oz a day 3. Eat PROTEIN 4. Take my Vitamins religiously 5. Don't make my parents mad lol, this one is going to be tough! 6. Rearrange Rabbitry Lol, thanks! Jaci

You know, maybe if I write them down I will actually do them OK then: 1. Excersise at least 3 times this week 2. With any luck I will hit 80lbs gone by weeks end 3. Finish cleaning out my closet - get out all the fall/winter 3x clothes and donate them (got to make room for new stuff)

i had to clean my closet out last week! I actually had 4 laundry hampers full of clothes that I had to sort and get rid of! I dontated a bunch and gave a bunch to some of my WLS Buddies that I saw this weekend. It's great to have a semi clean closet! Keeping my fingers crossed for the 80 lbs lost! Dana
