GOALS for the week
I know today is a holiday but in any event it's still Monday. I got to thinking that maybe some of us need to post our goals for the week on the board to maybe make us more accountable
. So here is what I propose, lets post on Monday what goals we set out to do this week, heck it doesn't even have to be weight related. Then we follow up with a post on Wednesday and Friday charting our accomplishement. Does that sound good? So let's hear it people...
What are your goals for the week?!
My Goals...
1. Get to the gym 3x this week and do 45 minutes of Cardio! Along with 2 trainer sessions.
2. Get in atleast 90 oz of water each day.
3. Focus on more protein and less carbs. CARBS are the devil

i had to clean my closet out last week! I actually had 4 laundry hampers full of clothes that I had to sort and get rid of! I dontated a bunch and gave a bunch to some of my WLS Buddies that I saw this weekend. It's great to have a semi clean closet! Keeping my fingers crossed for the 80 lbs lost!
