Like A Giddy Schoolgirl!
Hi guys! 
My summer class starts on the 12th, and let me tell you, I am STOKED! It will be my first time away from dinky Merced College and any of my old classmates- at least from what I'm aware of. The junior college I'll be attending is a step up from a regular community college and has a real university feel! I am so excited!!!
Today I was perusing around in Mervyns- a department store in the mall and decided to see if the back packs fit me. Last year I wanted a cut JanSport that had designs on it- they have pink dots, lue dots, checkerboard, etc etc, well the straps were too short and they didn't fit so I was left with a dinky messenger bag. Well.... I tried the back packs on this time and oh my go****hey fit!!!!!!! I bought a black one with silver stars- so chic lol. I was gonna get white with pastel dots, but thought, you're 22 years old, get the cool glittered up one! lol!!!!! (The packs were on sale too, double wammy!)
On my way to check out, I decided to see what they had to offer in the womens department- nothing great. Sorry ladies, but the womens department has a more "mature" style lol. Well, what do you know? Mervyns has a Junior PLUS section now!!!! They have jeans by JLo! WHOA! Well I saw the cutest polo- white with pink, orange, light green and yellow stripes with an embroidered butterfly on the side- kind of like a polo shirt- the embroidred polo guy. I didn't knw what size to get, so I took 1X, 2X, and the 3X tot he dressing room. The 2X JUNIORS PLUS fit me!!!!!!!! At the register I asked what the sizes were... she said 1X= 14/16, 2X =18/20, 3X = 22/24 How awesome is that!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I came home home with a super cute polo shirt and hot back pack for school, now if only it will get here!!!! Now that I'm looking fly, lets see if some love is in the stars!

Jaci, you go girl! You are having such fun times shopping lately! Good for you, you so deserve it. I hope you enjoy your summer classes, i am taking some right now for the first time and they are a LOT of work because one semester is crammed into 6 weeks, but I know it will be worth it in the end. Take care and keep up the good work!

Karyn I didn't even plan to shop- honest! I was early to work at LB which is a mall, and thought hmmmm, lets just window shop cuz we all know I have NO money!

My summer class is 3 days a week- MTW 6-9:30 pm and only 5 weeks long. There are 100+ people in my clack! ACK!
