Good Evening all~ I hope you had a wonderful day!! Mine was the same old same old. I did go to Michael's Craft store and buy some papers for my WLS scrapbook for 5 @ $1..can't beat that!!! My menu~ LNS: 5 goldfish crackers B: 1 light cheese stick L: chef salad (ham, turkey, swiss cheese, & lettuce) No dressing D: (will be) Shrimp (maybe 8 of them..not sure) Vitamins done, drinking up, 2 hours at the gym My totals~ Cals: 271 Fat: 13 Carbs: 8 Protein: 33 (looks like it's a protein shake for me tonight!!) Hi Guys: Boy, I feel like I'm eating alot more than anyone. I'm losing slow, but I feel great, so I guess I'll just plug along. B: 4 cheese/pnut butter crackers L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese on 1/4 cantaloupe Yummmmy--this was always a favorite of mine even before surgery S: 1 powercruch bar--thank you to whomever posted about these scrumptious bars D: 1/2 baked ham & cheese burrito at our favorite Mexican restaurant I had the powercrunch bar just before I went to work out. Today was my first time at the hospital fitness center. They provide a fitness trainer for bariatric patients. It was sooo cool. I think I'm gonna like it. I also went to water aerobics this morning water: I'm floating away...drank tons today vitamins: doing ok Thanks for posting this, Kathy

HI there Dawn!! Sounds like you had a good one today with your deal B-a yogurt smoothie L-a little vanilla yogurt with granola and blueberries mixed in. and a few bites of a croissant with egg and cheese and a slice of bacon. D-half a tuna sandwich and small salad with egg and cheese and turky and ham. S-2 small pieces of tilapia with garlic and herbs YUMMY water was pretty good right around 65 oz vitamins before bed, and calicium magnesium too. Steph
