Goals of the week!!!

Hey guys! Thanks to those who posted about your goals of the week. It's Friday so let's see what kindof progress we made. Dana - more protein less carbs and 3x to the gym this week were my goals. So far I have done okay, avoiding excess carbs is hard!! I have been to the gym 2x already and will be going one day this weekend to get in my 3rd! I haven't gotten in the 45 minutes of cardio but when I talked to my trainer about it he said to focus on 30 minutes especially on the days that we are already doing the core training. I did fall short on my water intake a couple of days, but originally before the hydrate challenge I was only getting in about 50 - 60 oz so this is a huge improvement for me. Kristi H - You wanted to hit onderland this week and you wanted to make sure you were eating enough. You wanted to get in 65 oz of water each day too. How did you do girlie? We can see about your weight on Monday, at the weigh in. Jaci - You had a few ~ You wanted to clean your room, take your vitamins better, rearrange rabbitry. Did you make your parents mad (I don't see how you could, with your two jobs, school, 4H, I'm guessing you are hardley home!) How much progress have you made this week? Ronna - You need to lose 3 pounds, are you there yet? We can check your weight at the weigh in on Monday. You also said you needed to clean out the closet and donate your old clothes. Have you been marked this off of your to do list yet? Kristi D. - Hey Girl You wanted to hit the gym 3x this week, get in atleast 100 oz and stick to your menu. So how is your week going so far? Hazel - You wanted to make it to the gym atleast 3x and you wanted to take time to relax this week. You also said you needed to get in more protein. How has your week been Hazel, are you on track with your goals? Okay guys!!! We have three full days of the week left to knock out our goals! hopefully we are making good progress to them and I hope to hear great news!!! Thanks for posting with me! Dana

I got at least 65oz. a day in. I ate more except yesterday, I was at Disneyland and it was hard to find noncarb foods there. I had a beef sandwich, part of it, split it with another WLS friend, and then I had 4 little pretzels. We didn't eat till after 10pm after that. I did get almost 80oz. of water in though. Kept me from being hungry. The scales have moved, I think 3lbs so far, but can't do a real weigh in this am. I go to the gym for that. I'm too tired and I have to go somewhere this morning. So I will weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to do a Mon. weigh in. I have to start working sometime Mon. I will post more on that later. Thanks Dana

How much progress have you made this week?*** LOL, my goals sound so lame! LOL! I started my room, did rearrange the babies- all mommies were weaned from the babies. Don't think I made the 'rents mad either. Did take the vits at the beginning but forgot to bring them when I house sat... I'm going home tonight, so I'll be sure to pick them up!

Hi Dana I won't weighin until Monday but I'm hoping to bown the 3lbs - that will make 80lbs lost for me I haven't touched my closet yet There is so much in there. It's a dawnting task. Hopefully I'll get started over the weekend.

Well...........it went all to crap! LOL I went to the gym twice. I got in over 100oz 2 times and my menu was stuck with 2 days. I think I see a pattern! kristi

Hazel - You wanted to make it to the gym atleast 3x and you wanted to take time to relax this week. You also said you needed to get in more protein. How has your week been Hazel, are you on track with your goals? Gym, nada. But did get in more exercise away from the gym. Relax, nada, it has been a hectic week. Protein, got more in this week, not much but some. Hazel
