I am glad you are excited, I am, too. It will be a 2 night stay. I have a meeting room to do an opening get together on Friday night. The spa menu is posted on their website, it looks yummy.

Tiffaney that sounds great......... I think someone already asked you this question.. If we want to bring a spouse but make him stay in the room "he he" or go out and do his own thing until later in the evening does that count towards the room fee or is that $169.00 per person. Do you want our credit card numbers or do we pay through the hotel ourselfs? Thank You Tiffaney for all your hard work..... suzan

The rate is single or double occupancy. I will organize it so that everyone calls the hotel to make the bookings. They will send me a rooming list on occassion so I can track how many of our blocked rooms are used and who is coming. They will ask for a cc'd number to guarantee your reservation but wont charge it until either 1) you enjoy the hotel or 2) dont show up and dont cancel within 24 hours of arrival.

Once the block of rooms is official you will get a number to call and make the reservations, give both names and the credit card number to hold the booking. Also specify the desired room type = ie, two beds. Heavenly beds and showers are Westin's brand name for the plush products they launched a few years ago, they were the first hotel company to get back to the basics - the bed and shower experience. And they are quite wonderful!!! They also have the Westin Power Workout which is their brand name for an extensive gym facility which this hotel also has.

The rate is per night and also available 2 days before and after should you wish to elongate the stay. Tax is not included.

This all sounds so wonderful I can't waiit. Just to help clairify as some folks seem confused: 1. If you want to share a room you need to arrange it yourself. 2. The priice is per night for the room - not per person. So if you are sharing you do cut the price in half. 3. You will need to call the hotel and make your own reservation. Tiffany will give out the phone number once she has the contract. Hope that helps clarify things. I am planning on getting there a couple of days early and staying on a day or two later for a real vacation. Being away from Chicago in January will be wonderful

Tiffany, thanks so much for gathering all this info! Sounds great! I am thinking of dragging dad along, he loves Vegas and will be able to show me everything, so I am not sure what hotel we will stay in. Will I still be able to join you all if I am in a different hotel? Karyn
