HICCUPS!

After I eat, I get the hiccups. Not ladylike hiccups, but shake the house, scare the dog, freaking loud hiccups Apparently this is the sign that I'm full and need to stop eating. Now I'm lucky that I still don't get hungry but the downside of that is that it's hard to tell when I've had enough to eat but then I get these hiccups. If it wasn't so funny it would be embarrising Is anyone else plagued with the "Hiccups from Outter Space?" Regards and hugs, Ronna

I get them too! It's really funny for me too! Some people when they get full get hiccups now or they start having a runny nose. Weird huh? Dana

Whoa, if I get to the point where my nose starts to run, I am in big time trouble I'll take the hiccups from hades anyday other than that

Ronna, I get the hiccups too. Not all the time just sometimes though. I wonder if it is related to the food I eat? I will have to be more aware. God Bless, Jen

I get the hiccups a lot too!! Sometimes when I eat and others when I am drinking. I thought that it was just me, but I guess we are all in the same boat Steph

I have had them a few times and was told its a sign that its time to stop eating or I have overeaten. I sometimes sneeze, too, I think it depends on what type of food I've eaten. My nose ran once, I read that comes from digestive juices coming up and irritating your sinus'. Odd - I only get one. Just one hiccup. Just one sneeze.
