LOL! I'm the ultimate Posting Fool! You'll NEVER Beat Me! Hahahahahahahahahhahaha! just kidding!!!! I haven't really done anything yet... but here goes... B- shake L- dunno and its 3:45! D- probably make me some eggs and intelligent bacon- don't ask me what it is yet, but my house people have it in their fridge and I'm gonna check it out. Or else I'll have another shake lol! ya Jaci

What a beautiful Friday!!! I hope you all are enjoying yours B-a protein shake L-a half of turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat and a little bit of creamy cauliflower and cheese soup. Hi everyone: I've done good today. I'm feeling full & content. B: french vanilla power crunch bar---sinfully delicious!! L: protein cereal w/skim milk. I got the cereal as a sample from the Smart Health Store at the bottom of this page. It tastes like honey nut cheerios D: 1/2 chef salad w/Italian dressing. I worked out again today with my personal trainer & he was tougher today..I sweat like a pig. Vitamins & water..Aok

b-smoothie carb and sugar control lite iced sf ff mocha 1/2 inside of baja burrito from baja fresh string cheese stick horrible water consumption vitamins check

B~12oz V8 L~Three bites chicken salad, two bites potato salad, 3oz cooked carrots. D~4 dino nuggets, three bites pasta salad. Fluids 94oz Vitamins done calcium done Exercise. Worked 8am to 10pm, so no formal exercise. Hazel

B: Banana Berry protein drink on the go L: 6 slices of turkey pepperoni 1 string cheese S: 1/2 of a protein bar D: 1/4 cup of canned chicken that i had cooked with some taco seasoning then added 1/2 of a string cheese stick 1/2 cup cut up watermelon S; 1/2 of protein bar from early S: 2 small baby spoons of nonfat vanilla malt yogurt.....yummy.....
