Hi Everyone. I've been MIA for the past 2 weeks or so and unfortunately I have no "legit" excuse. I started feeling way too comfortable in my new body, and well the "fat girl" in me let loose and the exercise went out the window -- which led to another stall (haven't lost a lb in 2 weeks - longest stall thus far), but thankfully have NOT gained. I guess I needed someone grabbing me by the back of my shirt and telling me I was going in the wrong direction and away from the group. Thanks Dawn - it meant a lot to me!! Anyhow, I'm going to post the Monday weigh-in, like I always did, but I'm not going to weigh in this week..... I'd like to stay off the scale for the next week or so. I'm back and have really missed the support of this board. Susan

Good for you that you are able to recognize that you're doing something wrong and are able to steer yourself into the correct direction. KUDOS to you! That is something to be proud of. Let us know how it's going. Kim

Susan~ I can't explain it, but I genuinely care for each and every person on this board. I feel like we are all part of one body. And just like with our natural body, if one part of it hurts, the WHOLE body hurts. Without thinking, if we cut ourself we would take care of the wound, cleaning it so it won't get infected. Well, you were cut and needed someone to wash your wound properly to advoid infection. I feel honored to have been that person. Love, Dawn
