Thanks for weighing in with your thoughts on the hotel proposal. I have asked for a contract and will lock it down this week. I had to pop across the pond and am back in London; it will be next Monday (12th) when I can sign the contract and will post information on how to make reservations. Mark your calendars and start pairing up if you want to share a room with someone. In summary: Westin Casutarian Las Vegas 26-28 January 2007 $169 per room per night, plus tax 20% discount to the spa Advance purchase of breakfast coupons for $16.55 each Note that we may have to consider a $50-$75 per person registration fee to cover food at the opening, a program (if we decide to do it), anything else. By no means is this firm, I am just putting the thought out there, just in case. If anyone has an idea or talent to share as we organize, give a shout! Sounds like you did a excellent job on all the planning.. How soon can we give are cc number to them?......And do you think the rates might change or are they locked in ? 26 , 27, 28 do we need to book a night for all three nights.......Just checking since I need to cover my shift at work at the hospital......Suzan

it will be at least a week before we can make any reservations. The room rate is locked in! The official event nights are Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th; anyone can stay just those nights or come in early or stay late. Glad you're excited!!!
