I'm posting this early but I know I won't be home when it's time to post and I've already finished eating for the day (fingers crossed).
My menu~
B~ Skipped (I never have been a breakfast eater and I see that happening again now that I am getting more relaxed with this surgery)
L~ 1 1/2 light cheese sticks (My daugher ate 1/2 of one so I took the other half)
D~ pork roast from the crock pot with onions and peppers, 3 pieces of cauliflower, 2 baby carrots, 1 forkfull of brocolli & cheddar rice
Vitamins done, 53oz of water so far, no exercise yet

b: Profect (people always think I am doing an alcoholic shooter when I drink these in public)
s: 1/3 small banana and 2 strawberries
L: 1/2 small chicken breast and 6 really tasty skinny french fries. The salt called me...
d: went to mediterranian restaurant and had lamb meat ball, two slices warmed cheese, small scoop of hummas, few bites of curry lentils
Still cleared over 3 liters of water and all my vits. Pretty close to my 65g of protein.

B: strawberry protein shake w/70g frozen strawberries
S: 6 oz Carb Master yogurt - I can't believe I ate the whole thing
L: 1 small Chili's chicken crisper w/breading removed; 3 broccoli florets
S: 1/2 serving BBQ Soy Crisps; 1/2 serving Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps; 1 baby bel light cheese round
D: don't know yet. Probably a protein shake, I'm low on the protein.

Hey all! Today was nice and relaxed for me. Went to the gym and then went to my parents for the rest of the day. It was a good day! Here's what I had:
B- Carb & Sugar Control yogurt and cheese square w/ 4 saltines
L- 3 oz. chicken and 2 tbsp baked potato (leftover from yesterday's Ruby Tuesday's)
D- 1/2 hot dog, about 1 oz. grilled turkey drumstick, 4 small grapes, 2 tbsp flavored rice...a put together meal!
S- Iced coffee protein drink
Another snack coming from Walmart- 1/2 South Beach protein bar
I did a fair amount of miscellaneous snacking today
. Hell, it's a Sunday. Back to the real deal tomorrow!
Cals- about 900, 200 from the miscellaneous snacks!!!

WEll I did another iced sf nf mocha from starbucks. I swear they put drugs in it!
