How's the hair?
I was wondering how the hair loss is for everyone? I knew that it was coming...been going on for a few weeks now. I hate it. Everytime I shower or comb my hair a wad comes out. I've been trying to supplement the B Complex and Biotin as recommended by my surgeon. I've always loved my hair and it's very important so this is a little scary for me. This is, to date, the ONLY problem that I've had though so I guess that I should count my blessings. And I do.

I have been loosing hair for at least a month I guess. I took the biotin and I get in all my Vit. and protein. Still it comes out. Some days more than others. I just had some lenghth taken off, the second time this month. Trying to keep my hair looking full. It will grow bac****ep telling myself.
I also am seeing the affect of the first month after surgery in my hair too. I didn't get any fat in my diet and my hair got too dry. Usually I have to wash my hair every other day or it is super oily. That first month, I could go well over a week and no oil in the hair. Now it is super dry and breaking on the top layers. So not only am I loosing hair, it is breaking off. UGgghhhh
I have the same experience you do...every time I shower and comb my hair, I get a wad.
I'm trying to keep the protein up per day, and I was taking Biotin but I have heard that it doesn't do anything to help the hair loss, just the new hair growing in....so I'm not as diligent.
I hope it stops soon. I told DH last night, "It's a trade off, I guess...beats weighing 290lbs."
Anyway, I am with ya...

I'm losing a ton of hair too...thankfully my hair is fairly thick so it's not noticeable yet. I go to the beauty salon on Wed..I'm going to see about maybe a little shorter haircut and ask for some really good conditioner for dry hair.. It will get highlighted also so hopefully that will make it look fuller.
It is a good trade off!
Good luck with your hair!
