I don't get a chance to post often, however, I read this everyday. I want to say thanks to everyone for this Board. It helps to know other people who are experiencing the same thing.

I really pick up my exercise and it helps me to stop wanting to eat. I am walking, swimming, taking a dance class, weight machines. The weekdays are hard to get the exercise in but I try to get at least 30 minutes in a day. On the weekends I really try to push myself and work out a couple of hours a day. Exercise is key for me. Yesterday I went to the store and bought SF cookies. Thinking I could eat just a few. I ate the whole box. I did not eat the protien I should have. I am dissappointed in myself.... No more SF cookies for me.....
