This weeks GOALS!!!
So last week I asked everyone to post their goals for the week. I did a follow up email on Friday to see if we were on track or not and I reposted the email this morning. I don't know if it helped you guys out but posting my goals definately made me feel more accountable. I pushed myself to go to the gym on Sunday and I'm glad I did, I had the best workout I have had in a while!!! I was sweatin like a pig!!! * I love to sweat*
Feel free to post here and be part of the GOAL team!!! Maybe some of us need to post our goals for the week on the board to maybe make us more accountable . So here is what I propose, lets post on Monday what goals we set out to do this week, heck it doesn't even have to be weight related. I will follow up with a posting on Friday charting our accomplishement. Does that sound good? So let's hear it people...
What are your goals for the week?!
1. Get to they gym atleast 3x AGAIN!
2. Make better eating choices, I find myself grazing on crap that I definately shouldn't have.
3. Organize the boys old winter clothes and pack them away for my nephew.
4. Protein first!
