Goals for week two: 1~Get some form of planned exercise every day that lasts for a min. of 30 min. 2~Protein first 3~Get weight loss journey scrap book started.(I've never scrapbooked before) 4~Get the plans started for the parade float. Hazel

Okay... 1. Gym 3x this week 2. Water 3. Figure out how to make protein coffee drink so I skip Starbucks 4. Get good groceries so I make good choices 5. Pay all bills.

1. exercise 4 times 2. drink liquids before turning to an afternoon snack 3. put out cereal or vegs to eat while prep-ing dinner 4. fill out some papers for DH Cathy

ok this week I am gonna play I missed the post last time and was bummed!! water, water, water!!!! protein first walk all I can at work and at home with the kids try to get hubby's citizenship papers filled out for him. go to bed earlier since I am up at the butt crack of dawn!!! Not Dawn's butt crack, dont get it mixed up!! LOL Good luck everyone!!! Steph
