Last week goals!

I just copied what I posted from Friday. Over the weekend did you complete your goals? Did you stay on track. DISCLAIMER~ This is just meant as motivation and not in any way supposed to be naggin!!! I love you guys! Dana - more protein less carbs and 3x to the gym this week were my goals. Got to the gym 3x. Worked my ass off yesterday there. I got in all my protein both days of the weekend and got in atleast 80 oz of water both days of the weekend!!!! I think I didn pretty good. I did fall short of the 100 oz of water each day but my intake has increased a great deal so I feel pretty good about it! Kristi H - You wanted to hit onderland this week and you wanted to make sure you were eating enough. You wanted to get in 65 oz of water each day too. How did you do girlie? We can see about your weight on Monday, at the weigh in. Jaci - You had a few ~ You wanted to clean your room, take your vitamins better, rearrange rabbitry. Did you make your parents mad (I don't see how you could, with your two jobs, school, 4H, I'm guessing you are hardley home!) How much progress have you made this week? Ronna - You need to lose 3 pounds, are you there yet? We can check your weight at the weigh in on Monday. You also said you needed to clean out the closet and donate your old clothes. Have you been marked this off of your to do list yet? Kristi D. - Hey Girl You wanted to hit the gym 3x this week, get in atleast 100 oz and stick to your menu. So how is your week going so far? Hazel - You wanted to make it to the gym atleast 3x and you wanted to take time to relax this week. You also said you needed to get in more protein. Room still isn't done Vitamins, ugh Rabbitry, check Parents Mad? Nope! 2/4 isn't bad lol!!!!!

Well I hit my first stall and didn't loose the weight this week. But I did start tackeling the closet. It's a big closet mind you and there is alot of stuff in there. Does anyone need size 3X clothes for fall and winter? I have a lot of nice stuff. Just let me know and it's yours

Hazel - You wanted to make it to the gym atleast 3x and you wanted to take time to relax this week. You also said you needed to get in more protein. How has your week been Hazel, are you on track with your goals? Well, I didn't make it to the gym, but I have done a lot more planned exercise than before. I have started takeing time to relax. That was after I remembered what relaxation is. I have gotten an average of 20 more protein per day. Hazel
