I wanted to tell everyone who posted about my new pics (and Dawn who put them up there) and pretty much everyone on this board-THANKS! I was reading the replies and looking at other posts tonight and just was really happy about all the support given and received here. My family is not that supportive of me and the WL. They are so tired of it and when I share a Wow moment or talk about the surgery they act all bored or annoyed and make me feel bad. I don't talk about it with anyone but you guys because I just want to be excited about it. Anyway thank you for letting me do that! I am very excited with all the changes because of the surgery and like to talk about it! Again thanks for the support and advice! Wendi

Their just jealous! You look great and you know in your heart (and mirror) how much better off you are. I'm lucky and my family is very supportive, as well as friends and co-workers. When my husband comes home in a couple of weeks, it will be nice to see if he notices a difference. He will have been gone for 2 months working in California. If he can't tell a difference, he might sleep in the dog pen in the backyard! Karla

Hi Wendi~ I'm not sure if my family is tired of hearing about WLS or if I just think they are. I feel like so many things in my life center right around it that I have no choice but to talk about it, but when I do I'm thinking they're thinking "here we go again". That's why OH is my haven. I can let all my walls down and just express every thought, concern, wow moment, and "dam* it" moment. lol Dawn

Wendi you can WOW us anytime you feel the need!! I personally love to read about everyone's WOW moments.....I havent posted many myself just cause I dont see them as much as others do, and the fact that I am new to my area and no one knows what I used to look like except a few, so go ahead girl, WOW away!! Wendi: This is what this board is all about.....US!!!!!!! We all made the decision in January to change our lives...and we all know what we are going through. I have noticed the difference talking to you guys and then talking to people who havent had it done. It seems like they dont want to hear anymore but when I come here i smile from ear to ear. This board is more like a family and even though I dont post as much as I use to(more energy and on the go) I think about each and everyone everyday I cant wait to meet everyone in January!!!
