User Settings?

I have a new pic to upload and I promise I'm an educated, intelligent human being. THAT being said, I can't find the "User Settings" button to upload the thing. Can someone VERY CLEARLY tell me where the button is? LOL. I feel like a dork.

Above, click on Main Message Board, and then on the left hand side it should say User Settings! HTH! Susan
