here is a post excerpt from the Texas Board - thought you might like some free music for your new toy Speaking of walking for you iPod users. I found a web site last night called FitPod.com http://www.fitpod.com/ it has walking and workout music that is free for the down loading. I have it on my PC right now playing as I have been preparing my post this morning. The site looks pretty cool. The songs are about a hour long and come in beats per minute (bpm) check it out.
