1/9/06 Surgiversary!

Happy Surgiversary to all my 1/9/06's. How do you guys feel today!!! I feel fantastic for being 5 months out! Just wanted to give a shout out to you all! highest 230 dayof 215 today 155 heck i'm even up two lbs since monday!!! Dana

Hello there my surgery sister! I actually feel like this month sucked royally for me. I lost 6.5 pounds since last month. WTF? I am really annoyed with myself. I have slacked on the exercise and made some bad choices ( ... peer pressure sucks!). Anyway, I have resolved to make month 6 one filled to the brim with GOOD choices! Shoot doing well, I have gained this week, but I'm seeing my trainer again Sunday, monday and tuesday!!! I'm gonna try and jump start this loss again. You are doing awesome girl... 80 is great Way to go surgery twin!!! Dana
